It could much worse. The biggest problem I have is the parking. Every night I have to park in Compton. My roommate does not fathom the idea of sharing our spot and sticks the first come first serve policy, so thats half the problem. The other half is that all open parking is on the east side of the complex, I live on the west side. Plus my *%&@ of a neighbor won't move his car out of open parking. It has been sitting there for three months. I've never seen anyone get away with that in an apartment complex before. Management personalities changed after we moved in. They are polite at best. They do not recognize you. I was at the pool, and one of the ladies came outside to tell me I needed to have a resident with me to use the facilities. I gave the classic "huh?" look. It was hilarious. Most everyone is friendly and there seem to be plenty of children in the complex... I mean PLENTY! If something breaks don't bother with going to the office, just flag down one of the guys riding around in a golf cart. The complex has that cookie cutter home affect. Everything looks the same. The rent is a little pricey, but that's location more than anything. The split floor-plans ROCK! The place comes fully loaded. Big closets, big laundry room, they don't charge extra for the W/D. The complex is always very clean and very quiet. But the pool is constantly filled with ankle biters and the "fitness room..," well, just join a gym. So basically kick out the new management team, egg your neighbors car once in a while (J/K), bake cookies for the maintenance guys, and you should be okay.
PROS: The floorplans are awesome.
CONS: Parking is HUGE problem.
