I took my vehicle to this dealership for the first time several weeks ago for service, because the shifter was squeaking. They were friendly, however I found myself sitting around for 15 minutes after I had arrived for my appointment (which I was on time for). They looked at my car, and told me it would take all day to 'diagnose it,' so they stick me in a rental car.. Which by the way was a freakin DODGE MINIVAN. Helloooo I'm at a BMW dealership, not a DODGE dealership, I hate Dodge!
The dealership I normally go to rents me BMW's at no charge while they are working on my vehicle. THIS place wanted to charge me $50 a day to drive a stupid minivan which I didnt want in the first place. They ended up paying for it, but still... On top of that, they wanted me to pay for all the gas that I used while I was driving their stupid minivan, i mean come one, what is this place, a joke? The next day, I drive soccer-mom-machine back to the dealership to pick up my car, only to find out they charged me not only to fix the problem with the shifter, they charged me $150 for a DIAGNOSIC, which they probably spent no more than 20 mins on. This place has got to be the biggest ripoff dealership I have ever been to. I will never go back to this place, even if it means I will have to drive another 15 miles out of my way to go to the 'better' dealership.

PROS: Close to where I live.
CONS: Prices, CHARGE for rentals (non-BMW), lousey customer service
