I didn't find Brian, he found me. I'm a generation Xer, ATM user, internet bill payer, I don't talk to anyone except a computer.
He responded to my request for an "online" quote. I resisted talking to a person at first, but Brian was able to sway me. I've never met him in person, only on the phone. But Brian has ALWAYS been right there when I needed him. He's by far the best insurance agent I have ever met. He is honest, straight forward, and never talks any b.s.
And, he got me GREAT rates!
Don't be discouraged if you received a quote from another state farm agent that you didn't like. Give Brian a try!

On Friday, May 16, 2008, 6 p.m. MDT, I was standing in the middle of a busy intersection in Winchester, Virginia after having been the driver of a car that was spun 180 degrees by another driver who had just run a red light. After attempting to gather my wits and pertinent documents, I left the car dazed and frightened and incredulous. As soon as I reached the curb, I dialed Brian's number, fully realizing it was after working hours, on a Friday yet, and just hoping against hope that I would be able to leave an emergency voice mail that would be a priority for a response. But BRIAN FINAN was still in the office, and instead of ignoring this late call as he could easily have done, Brian answered immediately -- readily answering my questions, giving me advice, and remaining on the line with me at least 45 minutes while I fielded questions and answers from the sheriff and others on the scene. He was there to walk me through the process with efficiency and compassion while he placed his early weekend plans on hold, and before we ended the call, he had filed the claim. Brian Finan is an outstanding State Farm Agent simply because he is an outstanding person. I have never seen anyone in any commercial service organization go out of their way to please people as much as Brian. He is genuinely concerned about helping people with their personal needs as well as with their Insurance problems and questions. He has a rare, hard to find, unconditonal altruism towards others that he carries with him in his work.
