Without a doubt one of the best places to take your dog. We almost always use the Patio ( they book fast on holidays) because they are so great with dogs. The people are bright cheerful and are always excited and seem to know the names of all the dogs on site. A very personal feeling, and a cheerful environment make the pooch patio my first choice when I need someone to care for my dogs.

My terrier, Willa is an active busy dog. On the days when she stays at home, she needs constant exercise and attention. I am so grateful to have a fun place for her to stay when I am at work. At the end of the day, she is tired and happy. I know that she is exercising and playing. At the end of the week she is groomed and bathed (fluffed and buffed), ready for a weekend at home smelling and feeling good.

I have been a client for several years now of the pooch patio and have 2 standard poodles who require a lot of grooming work... We have been very happy with the results and service that we continue to get from The Pooch and would recommend it to any looking for a great grooming experience.

I have 3 dogs of various sizes and temperaments. They all three have a great time at the "Pooch". The team is very efficient, the establishment is exceptionally clean and well organized. Great Concept! The main area of expertise for my pets is their grooming facilities. Not only do they have a well versed staff who truly understands the needs and concerns in grooming dogs but they offer insightful tips on doing it yourself. Once you're ready to take it on yourself, the Pooch offers self service stalls. Fabulous Idea! I would highly recommend Pooch Patio for anyone who loves their dogs and feel they deserve top rate care. Oh and while your pooch is getting her nails polished, have April whip you up one of her famous Lattes... terrific!

I agree with Amy C - Pooch Patio is Amazing! I have taken my dog for day care, grooming and boarding for a year- he just loves it. He can hardly wait to get out of the car to run to the door to be greeted by the wonderful staff. Every Friday is his "spa" day - he is groomed beautifully and all fluffed up for his weekend. The groomer does an excellent job on my white fluff dog that needs so much special attention. I have taken my dog to several day cares and groomers and by far Pooch Patio is THE BEST! Everyone on staff is warm, friendly and helpful - making me feel like my dog is the only dog in the world! Thanks for the special attention.

I am long term customer of the Pooch Patio and my animals love going to the doggy day care. My cat Shadow was recently groomed at the Pooch and he was the talk of the town due to his wonderful cut. The staff members are extremely knowledge, professional and value their customers. I have had all my pets groomed at their facility and I have never had one bad experience. If you hadn't had a chance to experience this pet palace please make it a point to visit.I promise it will be the ONLY place you take your pets moving forward!! Keep up the amazing work!! Thank god for this facility! We tried 6 day cares in the city prior to finding The Pooch Patio. Courteous and professional staff, great concept, very clean facility and you can tell they care about the dogs! Love the webcams too!
And having a beer after work with my dog at pickup is a great way for both of us to wind down! This place puts the other day cares I tried to shame! We will be their loyal customers!

I volunteer with a humane society in the area and the Pooch Patio let us host an adopt a pet there not to long ago. Although we did not recieve much attention we still had a great time. The dogs were able to run around more so than a normal adoption and we got to kind of hang out as well.

Stop by the Pooch Patio. This is a fun place to bring your dog and enjoy a nice day out. The staff is friendly and so much is provided for your dog such as day care, grooming and more!

Bring your dog in for a fun time. There are two patios, a full bar that also has coffee and light food. dogs have several play rooms. For a small fee they supply you with everything you need to bathe your dog. I love this place.

I am a long term client of The Pooch Patio and my animals love attending the doggy day care.
The facility is extremely clean, the staff is knowledgeable & professional and my dogs get top notch care.
The groomers do wonderful work on my pets and there has never been a nick or cut on them after their grooming. The groomers are extremely careful, kind and gentle with your animals which is very important to owners. The Pooch Patio is the ONLY place I will take my pets and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for superior services for your pet needs. Thank you for all your hard work and kindness to my animals!!!

I kind of don't want to write this lest the secret get out, but I think we owe the owners. We've been taking our dog Zoe there for over 6 months. After witnessing the "factory" type of doggie day cares (which is actually close by the pooch patio but no where near as good with your pet) I wanted a place where our dog would be supervised. She has a "jumping" habit and tends to be able to jump over gates at other places.
Anyway - at the pooch patio your pet gets supervision most, if not all, of the time. The facilities are great and they get to know you and your dog. Boarding is a snap. Zoe actually waits to see if we're going to say "you ready?" in the morning and then gets excited since she knows it means day care day. Previously, she'd resist getting out of the car. Now she jumps out and is excited to go. It costs a little bit more than the last place, but it's well worth it! Great business.

I have tried more day cares throughout the metroplex than I care to admit "shopping around" for the best day care and boarding facility for Winston. I even drove 15 miles in the opposite direction of my work to one based upon recommendations I received from avid day-care goers at the dog park and after being poorly treated by the immature staff and smelling the facility upon entry, I refused to leave my dog there for the day. I fortunately found out about The Pooch Patio on Citysearch and decided to give it a try. Not only was I incredibly impressed by cleanliness and overall adorable character of the business itself, but was offered a Puppucino while I filled out my paperwork, and given a full facility tour at drop-off. The staff was so professional and personable and I knew immediately that Winston had found his new home away from home. I have now been going to The Pooch Patio for over a month now, the staff all knows me by name, and provides me a report card and home-made treat bag for Winston at pick-up! I see such a huge difference in the quality of care for their client's vs. the other facilities I frequented. Winston and I give The Pooch Patio our vote for being as they advertise "the ulti-mutt place" for you and your dog.
Pros: Grooming is fabulous, Love being able to buy food there on my way home!
Cons: Winston now sits at the door waiting to go play day on the weekends! (is that a bad thing?)

I am a flight attendant and have moved with my "daughter" Gracie 7 times in the last 2 years. Needless to say, I have become an expert at finding her that home away from home when she can't be with me due to my travel schedule. I arrived in Dallas, located 6 facilities for me to tour and The Pooch Patio was the fourth facility I saw. I walked in without calling ahead, was greeted by an extremely professional and courteous staff (the owner was even onsite), was given a facility tour without an appointment and they answered all of my questions without hesitation. I have since left Gracie in their care weekly and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The facility is constantly getting upgrades, is so meticulously clean and I can't say enough nice things about the staff! I trust Gracie in their care without question! Two paws up for me (and four for Gracie)!!

The pooch patio is a place you can be worry free about leaving your dog. After a day of play your dog will return home without all of that extra energy. The Pooch Patio has installed a webcam so that you are able to check on your dog at any time. I wouldn't leave my lab anywhere else.

This place is THE BEST! I just moved here from New Jersey where nothing is pet-friendly. I needed a day care facility and shopped around but what I found here was just amazing--great staff, great facility AND i can have a beer here! Great all-in-1 location for Duke and I!
