These people gave me a price to hem my curtains. When my boyfriend went to pick them up, he was charged double what they said it would be.
Then when I spoke with the manager, I was told she was going to reimburse the cost..........10 days later? STILL HAVE NOT CREDITED BACK HIS CREDIT CARD!!!!!
