My car had a dent on the rear bumper. After seeing the reviews, I decided to go to B2. I was greeted well and gave me very reasonable quote for popping out the dent. I was really impressed when it got fixed. I could not see it. (Typically popping out dent is never perfect) Some other spots were touched up and my car was made super clean. Impressed..5 stars!

The staff is very courteous! I was given pick-up to and from office. Thanks Daren, Willi and Blake. really appreciate.

The front of my Montero was so messed up,the whole front was smashed,and I first got some repairs from this other shop,which they did a great job.BUT! the downside was their price wasn't affordable.So I had to find a different place,and I came across B2 Perfection when I searched for body shops,and read great reviews.
I'm so glad I gave them a try.The customer service is excellent and the truck looks brand new.They also threw in a detail.I don't think anyone can beat their price and quality.

The service at this place is top notch. I went in to have my passenger side mirror fixed and they did it without an appointment. They took me right there and had the car all finished up within hours. They even did a cleanup of my car and buffed out the paint that was smeared on it from a pole I scraped for FREE!!! They even gave me an estimate to have the door fixed that I dented! I will be coming back to have that fixed! Now I know where to go whenever I get into an accident. These guys had me leaving with a smile on my face!!!

My Nissan Titan was damaged in parking lot collision in December requiring some relatively minor body and paint work. B2 did a spectacular job with the repair. When they were done with my truck I was unable to distinguish where the damage had been done, exactly what you hope for but is hard to find in a bodyshop.

They were also perfectly willing to accommodate some special requests for my vehicle without a problem.

Bottomline: These guys are competent and do excellent work. I would recommended them to my friends and family and will not hesitate to bring my vehicles to them in the future. Their rates are also very reasonable if you are the one paying the bill.

Ask for Darren, he does things right.

I am a returning customer to B2 Perfection. First time, I worked with Brad and I was 100% satisfied.
Second time, I worked with another lady, but I was still very satisfied. Third time, I got to work with a new rep and I am totally unsatisfied. He does not follow up on time, does not pass on information clearly , also did not do a good job of writing an estimate on my car as he missed out some of the major visible issues . I have just lost my confidence on B2.

My toyota corolla was damaged from behind. This was the first time I was involved in an accident.
I took it to B2 Perfection for initial estimate. I met David, he explained me the whole process while inspecting the car. He gave me the confidence which I needed. There is no doubt that these guys are highly professional and they clearly understand each and every aspect of this entire business. Now, I decided to leave my car here for repair. David kept me updated about the progress until the car was finally ready. And when I went to pickup my car, to my astonishment, it looked like totally new car..
I had read from the reviews that these people not only repair the damage caused by the accident but they also repair any other scratches , so they do extra work.. I had not believed this when I read it. But when I saw my own car, I really experienced what was written in reviews. They had not only fixed the rear-end damage, but also repaired the side scratches and cleaned the car in and out. So it looked totally new. I highly highly recommend this shop!!

I regret to say I have been to B2Perfection twice this year. Both times I was not at fault, but working with B2Perfection save some stress off of me. Even their recommended Car Rental (Sunnyvale Enterprise), was accommodating, such that they gave me a couple of days to have the other insurance party pick-up the bill before they charged me.

The first time I had my Honda Accord fixed I noticed the paint peeling off after about a week at home and thought they place is like all the other places I had my car fixed at, but I was wrong. They took it back, rented me a car and fixed it all at no cost to me. They are better than my insurance company (State Farm), such that they are quicker in providing the service I needed. I had to drive a week around in my car with a broken bumper. If Brad (the owner) did not pop it back into place it would have fell off.

I am still working with my Insurance to get all my bills paid, but at least my car is fixed.

You goto trust them, I saw that a AAA insurance guy getting a quote from them.

Our 2007 Camry's driver side fender and bumper were damaged in an accident. We realized after the incident that there was a two day lapse in insurance coverage - so cost was important. Got quotes from the dealer (replace everything - 3k) and couple of small body shops (repair, repaint, blend: 30% of dealer quote). We got referred to B2 by a friend who was very happy with his past experience. Took our car over to B2 and Blake understood our situation and advised on the best and cheapest way to get it fixed. They delivered on time and we were pleasantly surprised looking at the outcome - Perfect repair of bumper, excellent color matching (no need to blend hood and doors), spare paint in a bottle, written lifetime guarantee on paint and body work, free detailing, free waxing, fixed the scratches on rear door for free! And the big one - total cost less than 1k!

Take my word - these are the best guys in town for auto body work.

There is a reason why every one of the reviews I've read have given B2 Perfection Auto Body 5 STARS. I chose them based on reviews I read on several different body shops. I was not disappointed, and after talking with (Owner) Brad, I didn't need another opinion. My BMW was somehow damaged in the front--nothing major, but enough to upset me because I do take very good care of my car. I just wanted my car back the way it was. Instead, they gave me my car back MUCH better then new, on time and on budget. The car is so perfect I'm almost afraid to drive it. BUT, Brad said to bring it back in 2 months and he'd detail it again--on him. Now that's customer service!

Brad and the team are the very best in auto body service and repair. Brad really wants your business and it is obvious in his top of the line customer service, auto body repair perfection, and significant cost savings!

I drove the front bumper of my parent's car over a cement-parking block and there was also stone damage over the complete front end of my car from getting caught behind a big truck dropping stones. Brad helped me with both damages.

Brad exceeded all of my expectations, including the very best customer service that I have ever received!

I am a graduate student with an internship. I have a tight schedule and an equally tight budget. Brad worked with the insurance company and rental car company, and made everything easy for me.

After the repair, the car looked so great that I asked Brad to help me keep it that way. I see Brad every couple weeks to detail my car to keep it looking and driving like brand new while accommodating my full schedule and limited budget!

My car (Prius) had a severe dent in the front fender, with a lot of paint transfer. Tim, our estimator, gave us several options, including replacement or repair of the old bumper. We chose repair (for half the price of
replacement) and I was very impressed with the result. The job was done ahead of schedule, and unless you look carefully you would never be able to tell anything ever happened. The surface of the bumper is shiny and smooth.

These guys are real perfectionists - not only did they stay late to get the job done, but they even cleaned the car, inside and out. I asked about some rock scrapes (unrelated to the bumper), and they not only gave me a small container of touch-up paint, but demonstrated how to use it by touching up the scrapes, for free!

Tim or Brad were both friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but the receptionist did not seem particularly interested in helping and gave us some bad info. So stick with it until you can talk to one of the other people - these guys are worth it!

After getting into an accident with my old Toyota Camry, I was faced with a difficult decision of paying out of my pocket more money into a vehicle that wasn't worth the potential repair cost. Brad, one of the two owners of B2 Perfection, took one look at my car and understood my situation immediately without my needing to say so. He patiently looked up and wrote out three separate tiers of estimates - each at a different price range and level of repair. Not being able to justify to myself the price of a complete restoration, I opted for the lowest priced tier, which Brad described to me as them doing their best job at pulling the metal back into place to have the car legally drivable - but no paint and minimal replacing of parts. I agreed to this and envisioned a repair where it's roughly in the shape of a car, but badly scuffed and unattractive.

Well not only does B2 have some of the most courteous and professional service that I've ever received from any bodyshop, they apparently employ some amazingly competent repair technicians. The "legally drivable" repair job looks fantastic - you can hardly tell from a distance that anything has happened to the car at all and up close, there's but minimal scuff visible. After seeing the results, I was extremely impressed and relieved with my decision to repair the car.

I highly recommend B2 - their service is courteous and professional and their bodywork is highly competent. For me, they'll be my first point of contact for any repairs in the future.

I love my car so getting into an accident ruined my day. After doing some research for "the best" auto body shop in town, I came across B2. I spent some time reading reviews and thought to myself can this place really be as great as it is made out to be. The answer to my question was yes. I couldn't have asked for better customer service which came from the entire staff to their unbeatable prices. After talking to Brad at the shop, my ruined day wasn't so ruined after all. Aside from the bodywork that needed to be done from the accident, I had a list of additional things I wanted done to the car. From some custom work to painting a bumper, the end results were perfect. My car is brand new again, thank you B2.

These guys go out of their way to make you happy. The customer service is the best I've ever seen. Brad's attention to detail is incredible, and perfection is his business. The driver's side wheel well of my Ford Mustang was dented from an accident, and the other party had Mercury Insurance. Mercury covered everything with no deductible, and I paid an extra amount for additional work. Now it looks brand new. I strongly recommend B2!!

B2 Perfection is one of the best body shop center in the bay area for 2 main reason:

1) They understand the customers and help them in the way they want
2) The professional work they do

My brand new car had a major collision and they fix the car (even better than brand new) with limited span of time. Time is important and they value that....There rates are very reasonable compare to the firey rates of the other body shops especially in the bay area........They give 1 year warranty after the work they have done.........what else do we want........

I got my MDX repaired before this ThanksGiving weeekend and I am so Happy I chose this one after shopping few near by shops.
From the receptionist (Angelina) to Owners B2(Brad and Bill) are very honest. Brad explained me the work it requires to fix my vehicle, gave a detailed quote with possible additional costs.
Second morning he called me and told that the additional costs are not required. Third day he called me again to let me know that vehicle will be ready to pick up by 2:00 PM.

When I picked up, it was in excellent condition. Paint work is so perfect, possibly no one can tell that it was repaired. Brad handedover me a waranty certificate and told me to come back for any minor issue with their work.
I recommended this shop to my collegue and she was surprised to see so many good reviews about auto shop.

My car got keyed... And when I took my car in to get looked at by Brad, he guaranteed that he would my my car look brand new, better than when it just came out of the dealership. I got my BMW Z4 fixed at B2. My experience was outstanding from getting estimate till the job was finished. They had to replace my bumper and did a fabulous job on paint matching etc. Their rates were very competitive. They finished the job on time. I dealt with Brad and I couldn?t be happier (extra customer oriented). They did extra detailing on car and made car look like brand new. I will highly recommend B2.

B2 Perfection rocks! Everyone there is super friendly and easy to deal with. Especially one of the owners, Brad, who said I would never be able to tell anything had ever happened to my car when they were finished - and he definitely delivered! You could never tell that half of my car was taken apart and put back together. This car is special to me, being my first new car, and I had just had it over a year when I had an incident with a tree stump hidden by some tall weeds. It was ugly and I hated to see the damage. My car now looks better than new! I'm so relieved now that the work is done. The staff is super and I just don't have anything but good things to say about my experience with B2. Despite the reasons most of us end up at a body shop, this turned out to be as worry-free as it possible ever could. They walked me through all the steps, even with my insurance company, so that I'd know what to expect. This is no doubt where I will go if I ever need bodywork done again. You guys are awesome!!

I have used Brad before and his service is excellent. He helped me to get my rental car and the body work is excellent. My mercedes was rear ended before, and he was able to put everything back as brand new. There were absoutely no way that I can tell the differences. Another time, my mercedes was impacted by someone trying to back out from the parking lot, and B2 was able to do the magic again. This time, my daughter had a car accident, and they could have fixed that for us and make the money. In stead, Brad told us we would be much happier to take the money and buy another car. I'm not the kind of person will jump into conclusion right away. B2 does provides consistency in the body work and service, and they do care about their customers. I will always go back to B2 if I need their help again...

I'm in the software services business. I can tell when somebody cares about their work or not: Brad and Blake are the real thing!

We brought in a Camry to get damage from an accident smoothed out, and an old Saturn that simply was rattling too much. Brad gave us a range of prices/approaches on the Camry to suit how we wanted to treat it. It came out really nice - and for a good price. My Saturn's a lot quieter, AND, they cleaned it up! It's an old car, but I feel like the clock is turned back about 5 years now.

In short - service is excellent because these guys actually take pride in what they do. You'll see.

They were very easy to work with. They took care of my rental car needs, insurance issues and even added special touches to the final work. When I received my vehicle back I was shocked. My 2000 Dodge Durango looked as good as it did when I bought it new back in late 1999. Not a flaw anywhere and I am very picky about flaws and paint! The paint matched perfectly and was flawless. I took a picture of the Durango with my camera phone and sent it to my wife from the B2 Perfection Lot. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. brad helped me out by fixing the front end of my nearly new chrysler 300c after a fender bender. he had worked on it earlier when i wanted to flare the fenders in order to support the extra wide 22" custom wheels i had mounted. those wheels were scrubbing so b2 widened the insides of the wheel wells by pinching and rolling the metal. this was a manual process that has to be done just right so the paint doesn;t chip and so there are no warps in the metal. they did a fantastic job and i've been asked by other lowriders/customizers about how i did it so cleanly.

i got in a lil accident where my front end was all screwed up. i no longer lived near sunnyvale but i made a trip out there anyway. i couldn't be happier. brad did all the paperwork to deal with farmers and followed up with phone calls to let me know how things were going. there was additional work required that was not in the original estimate by farmers and brad worked with farmers to make sure i got payed even after farmers tried to low-ball me.

did i mention how clean and organized the shop is? this is the type of shop that you'd be proud to do business with. take a look around and you can tell that they take pride in their work just based on how clean and organized they are.

All the reviews are true. I chose B2 after finding out they are just around my area and had pretty good reviews. I have been to many places around Milpitas and San Jose and it was the usual shack with beaters packed in and around the place. But a shop that works on Vipers is good enough for me. I had some front bumper work done as well as lighting on my IS350 and it came out superb. The owner really knows what he is doing and just talking to him you know hes not one to cut corners. He called me several times for updates and to ask for tough decisions to be made. There were no surprises when I went to pick up my car. Hes a very nice guy who gave me rides to work. But I also have to say his techs are pretty good.

I'm not the type who generally takes the time to writes reviews, but I feel it's justified when you run across a business that takes such pride in their work. It's not often that you receive that type of treatment these days, especially in this industry. Like some of the other reviewers, I also drove out of my way across the Bay to B2 perfection (About 45 minutes) after researching body shops over the internet for an evening.

B2 had by a large margin, the most positive reviews of any body shop on either peninsula. I first took my car to a large well-known local shop that was literally around the corner from my house. I was not impressed with the attitude of the shop manager who bad-mouthed my insurance company when giving me an estimate and made excuses before they even began any work.

Blake and Brad were both honest, straight-forward, knowledgeable and passionate perfectionists. Spend 5 minutes talking with either one of these guys and it's obvious they're different from your average shop. They finished the car on time, called me with updates and negotiated with the insurance company to upgrade to OEM parts.

They even picked the car up at my workplace afterward and had the car completely detailed inside and out. They rubbed the paint out with 3000 grit sandpaper, rubbing compound and buffed and polished the entire car - An all day effort, for free. They then dropped the car back off at my work. Where do you get that kind of service these days? My car looked brand new. My neighbor came over the next day when I pulled into the driveway and asked if I had bought a new car.

I just couldn't have been more impressed and I'm a perfectionist. If you care about quality work, someone who will do whatever it takes to keep you happy and want to be treated with respect, you would be well-served driving from anywhere in the Bay Area to take your car to B2.

Left front side of my 2006 Odyssey ran into a concrete pole in a underground garage, and it was severely damaged and no longer drivable. Called a few closer body shops first, and was turned off by rude or pushy attitude. Saw the rave reviews of B2 Perfection on the Internet, and Brad (the owner) sounded professional and courteous over the phone, so had the car towed there despite it's almost 10 miles away.

Took my 3 kids along for drop-off, and they loved the fishes and the candies. As other reviweres mentioned, Brad and his staff "made the difficult situation as pleasant as possible". The worked with my insurance company and kept me informed along the process. They delivered the car on time as promised and there were no hidden charges. The car was restored to the original configuration, and to my pleasant surprise, they also did a fantastic detail job inside the car, cleaning up even the cargo area as well as the chocolate/milks stains on the leather seats. Along with the "new car smell", it certainly felt like a brand new car!

The car was overdue for minor maintenance, so I took it to the dealer the next day. The dealer, as expected, found no issues in suspension, alignment, and steering. The second day after delivery, I "test-drove" the car for a 300-mile roundtrip taking my kids to Sacramento for a Broadway musical show. The driving experience was again superb.

B2 Perfection was one of my best customer service experiences: professional, courteous, honest, and a pride for integrity. In the dusty world of instant-gratification commercialism and heartless profit pursuits, this small shop is a true breeze.

My car Nissan 2000 was involved in a collission. It was pretty badly wrecked.
They made a difficult situation as pleasant as possible. Very detailed and kept me in the loop. No suprising costs in the end and they worked with my insurance.They delivered my car on time.
It now looks like a new car.
The service was excellent I would definately recomend them for any one who is looking for a good body shop.

Oops, I backed into my assistants car... I thought it was a minor bump. My truck had no damage but hers was messed up. Brad understood the problem I had. He quickly did the repair job. He made the car look better than before I ran into it. The big joke around the office is that everyone wants me to back into their car so Brad will have to fix heir car.

He was fast, clean, polite, professional and made a bad situation not so bad.

He gets all my repair work!! To bad they do not do plumbing...

Another great experience at B2 Perfection Auto Body shop. Beside trees spraying my Black BMW like a dog fire hydrant, the birds starting targeting my car as a good spot going to the bathroom. It?s like a practical joke on me my car became as a big bulls-eye. But I wasn?t laughing because whatever they eat it would oxidize my car and no solution would take it off.

To my delight no problem for B2 Perfection Auto Body shop. They took everything off and my car again became sparkling clean. Again, I want to thank the whole crew and especially Brad Trost. Whatever problem I have concerning my car they take a good care of it. I really recommend B2 Perfection Auto Body Shop, they will take your worries away and make you smile again.

I am very impressed their professional handling of my van repair.
They arranged insurance claim, car rental and other procedures very well.
Not only my van is restored to perfect condition, it was a pleasant surprise
to find that my car got a meticulous detailing as well.
Their paint job, especially color matching is done excellently.
The staffs are nice and professional, very easy to work with.
This is my best automobile repair experience.
I highly recommend this bodyshop for their great, nice & professional service.

B2 Perfection is in fact the best Auto Body shop in the Bay area. Customer service was excellent and the workmanship is as good as or if not better then it was on the show room floor. My vehicle was in an accident a few weeks ago and the team from B2 Perfection was able to get my truck back to me quickly, with quality work. No Doubt B2 Perfection should be #1 in Auto Body work.
