Let me first admit that I am unreasonably picky about my hair. That said, I have had marvelous experiences (Linda and Nicole at Details Salon in Saint Paul MN, Betty at RikRak in Miami FL). This, sadly, was not one of them. I was in Las Vegas for a long weekend and wanted to get my highlights touched up. I called a few concierges, one enthusiastically recommended Butch at ARCS. The salon is nice, the atmosphere good, the scalp massage heavenly. But my color is a decidedly one-dimensional blonde, not the subtle variated highlights I prefer. The cut didn't set to me to crying in the chair, but it also didn't do a thing for me or my hair. Fringy, flyaway, sad. If I'd paid $150 for the whole thing, maybe I wouldn't have felt so disappointed. But when it was twice that, well, it's a shame. I'm sure you can find better for the price, even in Vegas.

Pros: nice atmosphere, great scalp massage

Cons: sub-final result, overpriced
