One of the best sushi spots in Tampa (there are not so many of them at all). Pricey but very good.

some co-workers and i went there for lunch and spent over $120.00 we went a little late bc thats when we got our lunch break from work and i felt rushed bc they wanted to close i felt guilty and insisted we left and go somewhere else but they insisted on us staying, we were the only ones in there and felt that service couldve been a loooot better but wasnt it was terrible! food wasnt so great either, only ordered a couple of the specialty rolls and they all tasted the same! appetizer was probably the best thing on the menu it was the only thing we finished that was good. .. there udon was terrible terrible terrible there meat was so tough i couldnt chew it and it smelled a little wierd! i would never recomend this place to anybody i really dont get how this restaurant got 5 stars!!!! next time i am only going to restaurants that dont close for lunch ... bc that wasnt a good feeling esp spending that kind of money, i want to feel welcomed and appreciated! not rushed and unwelcomed!

Soho Sushi is one of the best sushi restaurants in town. The atmosphere is fun and the food is incredible. The fish is always fresh. For a real treat, have one of the sushi chefs make a roll that is not on the menu. Tell them the types of things you like in your rolls and they will be creative. Those rolls are usually even better than the ones on the menu. The wine selection isn't that big, but the selections are nice. Parking can be a challenge, but it is worth the trouble.

I lived in Tampa for just over a year and unfortunately found SoHo Sushi several months before moving. I am quite the Sushi snob and must say this place kept me completely happy. I found myself eating there almost once a week. I tried other locations around the area but none can compare. Short wait time, always fresh, and always polite.

One of the better places in Tampa to get Sushi. Is a little expensive so be prepared. I love the tuna tartare, volcano & red dragon rolls here. Ask for the specials, there is a great crab hand roll. Does get crowded on weekends.

I just moved here from San Francisco where eating sushi was almost a daily occurance. The Publix stuff isn't that bad, but the sushi here - AWESOME! I feel as if I am a tough critic when it comes to sushi in Florida, and I loved it. This place is delicious. A little small, so expect to wait on a crowded night. Again, the food is so worth it, and the service is great!

I've been patronizing Soho Sushi since their opening in April of 2005; this place is amazing. The food is outstanding with incredible presentations. And you don't have to be a sushi lover to cross the threshhold; they have cooked food, too (if I remember correctly, they have steak, chicken teriyaki, pork cutlets, etc.). Along with that, it's nice to go in and have the entire staff greet you by name; not many businesses do that anymore. Get there early to eat, though---seems to me that every time I've been in there, they get busy after the sun sets!

PROS: Sushi, sake, beer, & wine. What more do you need?
CONS: None!
