Desert Breeze Park

We do not live anywhere near this park however it is worth the drive for my son's safety. The children's playground is fenced in so that you can keep an eye on your child but you don't have to get in their way to do so. There are 2 climbers that are safe with supervision. As with all parks, I do not recommend leaving your child inside the area by themselves for safety sake.

PROS: Great fenced in area for children.
CONS: Not many bathrooms.

Desert Breeze Park is a great place to hang out with a lot of different things to do. There is a skatepark, football fields, and dog run, among other things. The soccer park is huge, there is even a community center with a water park style pool and a 50 meter competition indoor pool. The community center and pool staff are very friendly and the prices at the pool are very inexpensive.

My favorite feature at this park is the skate park. My brothers love the place and there are always kids crawling all over it. They have lot of other things to offer including soccer feilds, basketball courts, playgrounds, pools. It just has alot of variety and you would be hard pressed to not come up with something your kids like to do there.

The park has a variety of things to do such as a soccer field, pools, kids play area, dog park area, skateboard area, etc. I have brought my dogs to run in the enclosures that are seperated by dog size. It's nice for them to have a large area to run freely with other dogs. It's also a good place to meet other dog lovers. I didn't like the play area for kids because it was filled with sand, instead of using the recycled tire mats. It's just too dirty with the sand. They do a lot of events at this park, I think the biggest is 4th of July. It's an ok park, but there are definitely nicer ones that are smaller.

This big park has all kinds of things to do. There is regular playground, a couple of big pools, almost a water park with the great slides. My dog loves the dog park here. The whole park is nice and clean, including the bathrooms! They had an awesome, huge party here for the fourth of July.

Park contains not only dozens of well groomed soccer fields, but also a skate park, large community/recreation center and indoor as well as outdoor pool. The center offers many programs, including after-school camps, summer camps, teen programs, basketball leagues, volleyball, karate, dance, etc... The aquatic facility contains a competition size 50 meter long by 25 yard wide pool. The outdoor pool has two big slides as well as a play structure for kids. There is many programs offered at the facility including swim lessons, water aerobics, recreational swim team, masters swim team, and has certain times for open and lap swim throughout the day. The greatest thing is that the community center and pools are open to the public and contain no membership fees like some private organizations require.

Desert Breeze Park offers a variety of activities. There is a skate park, a dog park, basketball courts, baseball diamond, playgrounds for big kids and for smaller kids (fenced in), and picnic areas. There is also a community center where you can go swimming. The park is really clean, and the prices for the community center are really cheap.
