Well, where do I begin...?
I visited this place many times in the past few years. Sometimes I walked out of there happy sometimes not so happy...
I needed some work done on my cell last week and decided to go back to Mobile One Wireless again, but now this place is owned by this very nice and caring man who really knows how to please and treat with a great respect his costumers.... and he really seems to be a genius as far as fixing phones.
Artie, I'm gonna let everybody know that you are a real gem to our community.

Ardi took over the new business a month ago. He's great. Ignore the bad reviews because they are about the previous owner. Aldi was EXTREMELY HELPFUL.
I took my iPhone in because it just went dead. He tried a new port and that wasn't the issue so then he tried my battery. I was only charged a very small amount for the battery.

Worst experience with any business I ever dealt with. Robert had my item to repair for weeks. I constantly called and heard all kinds of excuses if he even knew what I was talking about. Rude,vulgar,nasty and crazy acting. Avoid this ripoff business.

I am over 70 years old and cell phones are not the easiest thing for me. But the people here were very helpful. I did not want to change phones because of the big numbers on the screen and keys. So this place worked their magic and had my broken phone working and ringing the same day. AARP Member.

Robert over at Mobile One is a pro at fixing smart phones. I was in Madison (from San Francisco) and my Android Evo screen shattered and was not usable. Robert got me in Same Day and fixed my phone while I waited. A total rush job and very much appreciated. He also emailed me a receipt after I needed one later.

I totally recommend them over any other repair place! They are so nice and good.

where to begin... my phone broke at waunafest so i take it into mobile one. i immediately notice how run down the place looks, but i decide i just want my phone fixed. they tell me it will take only 3 days tops and about $100. phoneless i wait for them to call my gf's phone to tell me mine is fixed. instead 4 days go by with no calls. i call and they put me on hold for like 10 min while they look for my phone, frequently telling me they can not find it. they say they were sent the wrong parts (BS, they never ordered the parts).

i think they wait for a similar phone on the internet to swap out parts needed for the repair instead of just ordering a new part. i called a week later. it is now 2 weeks with no phone. on the phone they seemed bored like me wanting to know whats up with my phone was a waiste of time for them.

they never called me once. ever. at the end of the third week i could not take it anymore. me and my gf (who doesnt put up with any BS) went there to get my phone and either take it to clean planet or just buy a new one. nothing could be as worse than mobile one was at this point.

so i walk in and ask for my phone. a few minutes later a guy comes out and says he cant find it. he asks me who i gave it to. finally he goes and gets it and starts acting all weird. its in about 8 pieces and he wants to look through it to make sure none of his parts are in there. i reminded him that he said the parts were not in yet. lie. he was swaping parts out from different phones and waiting on more parts to surface. i said i dont care just give it to me. he wanted to take it in the back. my gf was like "no quit being all shady and look through it here". he then turns jekel and hyde and flips out on my gf. he asks why i want it, i tell him because they never called me once in three weeks, they didnt fix my phone at all, and they quoted me at 3 days. he said any idiot knows it takes 6 to 8 weeks to fix a phone. 3 days.... nice lil lie.

i grabbed my broken phone and left. i should have known something was up when i saw the sign on the wall that read "all phones left here after 30 days of repair are store property". why would any business have to put that kind of a sign up???? really???? i don't know how this place has stayed in business for over 10 yrs. i think they have rich parents that pretty much support their business or something.

he did try to sell me a used (probably stolen from what the word on the street is) phone before i left because i did not want to stand there and argue with him. i thought why, so i have to come back and get it fixed here or find out it's stolen later. and when he gave me the pieces of phone back it was sarcastic and rude with a spiteful grin... like he was saying good luck.

i think im gonna try 'clean planet'. they might not be able to fix it, but they at least will tell me the truth and not waste my time. that way i can figure out my options. just really upset that it has been 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS!!!! are you kidding me. what a waste of time.

but i seriously hope that these guys piss off the wrong dude someday and this dude just goes 'rise of the planet of the apes' on them and trashes the store and brakes the counter. worst business i have ever experienced. all the positive reviews are obviously fake and probably done by mobile one themselves.

The absolute lamest excuse for a business. Never have I ever (and I mean EVER) came across a more poorly ran store than this. Long story short, they tried to scam me on a phone and when I caught them in the lie, they became very defensive and angry with me. The owner, Rob, started to yell at me and made a huge ordeal in front of two other customers (Shows how much they care about the customers). However, I kept my cool the whole time, finally received a refund and left without saying a word.

In conclusion, I will never step foot in this place again and I advise the same to any of you reading this. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I hope to see this place out of business in the near future.

The person in-charge of the store was honest and refunded the cost for the repair after I reported to him that the cell was not working after the repair. My previous experience was with an employee of this shop and does not apply to the shop in general

Where to start -- I called this company and spoke with John about requesting some assistance with unlocking a phone for which I already had the unlock code. In addition to being extremely unhelpful, John was also very rude (off the charts so). Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Einstein Wireless on the east side was able to help me with a smile -- and *free* of charge.
When I called back to tell Mobile One Wireless (a) that their service on the phone was unacceptably horrible and (b) another company was extremely helpful and may get my business in the future, John was entirely uninterested. Then he hung up on me. Twice. I called back and asked to speak with a manager. At this point -- after trying to explain my concerns in a very polite, friendly way, I was spoken to aggressively and with profane language. I was threatened to be served with papers for harassment. I'm not making any of this up. I was told my phone calls were being recorded and that they knew my name. The person on the other end of the phone -- who identified himself as the owner, Rob (would not give his last name) -- also warned me not to call back, implying further retaliation. WOW. At the very least, these folks have anger management issues. At the very worst, I honestly would be afraid to run into them in a dark alley, let alone their storefront.

Thank goodness I didn't actually need my cell phone repaired. And I sincerely hope no one else has to be subjected to this same kind of intimidation. There's absolutely no excuse for this, particularly not when the folks at Mobile One Wireless are expecting to be paid for performing a service.

I filed a better business bureau complaint and let Mobile One Wireless know. Rob said he did not care, did not want my business, and is successful enough that he is able to pick and choose his customers. Ah, if only we could all be so lucky.

We charge for are service. We were very BUSY helping paying customers. Ryan made it clear he wanted our time for free. Ryan also felt that he needed to call us over 7 times in a 45 minute time period during are busiest time of the day. We have been helping Madison for over 14 years and will continue doing so.

Over the last 10 years Mobile One wireless has repaired countless phones for my business (we break a LOT of phones). They offer fair prices and excellent service. Our phones are typically fixed by the next day! The repairs have been effective and last - they are fixed right the first time!

The people at the store were very knowable about phones and traveling aboard. They were able to unlock my phone for my trip to Spain in about 5 minutes. I also got a charger for my phone that works overseas. Also they were able to provide me a list of phone companies in the country I was going to. Thanks guys.

these guys are crooks. I've seen them sell and buy stolen phones and also sell them.I sold him a used phone that he didn't even ask where it came from.he gave me 10 bucks for the phone and the next day i sent my friend into mobile one and the same phone was in the display case which he was selling for 65 bucks.i wouldn't trust these guys with any personal information because they would use it for their personal illegal reasons.sometimes when searching for a bargain you run into shady salesmen. bargain or not doing business with crooks will never save you an extra buck!

Picked up my phone from another repair place that kept it for 2 weeks with no answers or reasons why my Verizon phone would not turn on so I could get my phone numbers.
I was told about this place from a friend of mine at work. So I took a ride on my lunch hour and dropped the phone off. They told me that it would be 24 hours and that they would call.
To my surprise I was called at my office by 5pm telling that my phone was ready for the phone book change. Still I was real skeptical until I saw my numbers in my new phone. When I got there they took my phone for about 20 minutes and to my surprise and relief I had all of my contacts in my phone. I would recommend these guys to any one that??s in need of a repair or help with their cell phone.

Horrible customer service, they didnt call when they said they would and ended up taking a month to give me back a phone that had the same exact problems as when I brought it in. Still charged me $160 though.

Then they said I needed a new battery, they told me that it would be a little because they had to negotiate to get me the best price possible. That took a couple of weeks and then they wanted 55 for the battery.

I then proceeded to nonchalantly suggest to the worker that maybe I needed only to replace the battery and the 160 dollars from earlier , he then proceeded to explode on me and accused me of being a liar and then eventually kicking me out and threatened to call the police.

I went to AT&T five minutes later and the battery there was 40 bucks. So much for their negotiating skills, huh? Anyways anyone who goes here is insane from the way the guy blew up I could be fairly sure that no work was done on my phone and rather they allowed it to dry and charged me 160.00 for their storage fees.

The morale of the story is don't go here.

I got my phone back from the other place and dropped it off at the 5517 Odana Rd. location. They told me that the new charging port is in stock and I would have my phone back today. 4 hours later I was picking up my Blackberry and it as never worked better. Thanks Mobile One....

I went to this store and bought a new phone, only two months later the phone doesn't work and I have been informed from other AT&T stores that this phone is a few years old and out of date. I am unable to get parts for this phone, including a new battery. I bought this phone 2 months ago! AT&T said a new battery should last about 1 year! Regardless if they are the cheapest around, sometimes it is worth spending the extra money to get a better deal for the long run. This store made it sound like going somewhere else would be a lot more costly. Perhaps initially, so. It's been a headache to be without a phone and to have to bother replacing a phone I just bought! My advice: If you're shopping for a new phone, buy it at a corporate store. If you're just getting something repaired, it doesn't matter.

When I showed up at the door at 9:40am (opens @ 10:00am). with my still wet phone. The person at the door just smiled and said that we can help you and if we don't there will be no charge. I answered and I could not believe my ears and eyes not only did the phone work but all my phone numbers we still in the phone. Thank god the people at AT&T told me about this place the cheapest phone they had was 189.99 and you know the best thing about this place was the price 35.00. I have already been back with a speaker problem with my wife's phone 9.99 WOW

When I showed up at the door at 9:40am (opens @ 10:00am). with my still wet phone. The person at the door just smiled and said that we can help you and if we don't there will be no charge. He then told me to come back at 3:00pm and I did. To my surprise the man came out with my working and ringing phone. While the sales lady was very friendly, their owner/tech person (i am not sure which i didn't ask when i was being screamed at) is a lunatic. I no longer feel safe going there because i was screamed at across the store and berated for a good 5-10 minutes by a man who was not helping us. in addition to screaming and hollering at me, he found it fit to threaten my friend that he is the only person in the state who can fix her phone from the pieces he put it in.
