My leg was broken for 2 years and no one could fix it, until I met Dr. Buch. He fixed my leg with one surgery, while i had had 5 before I met him that didn't help it heal. He is incredibly intelligent and has a great sense of humor. He made me feel like there was hope and that it would be better. Because of him, I can walk, run, skip....whatever I want. Dr. Buch is that guy that can fix bones that no one can fix. I'm so glad that I had the chance to know such a wonderful person and wonderful doctor. I recommend him to anyone.

I started going to Dr. Buch 14 years ago after having been diagnosed with osteomyelitis and ended up with a chronic staph infection. There were so many times that my leg should have been amputated but he worked so hard to save it. He is kind of known at as the "last stop" doctor when noone else can or will do anything for you. Though I did finally make the decision to have my leg removed because the staph had just eaten it up, he worked so admirably to help me. You may get frustrated at how long it may take to get an appointment with him or how long you wait actually in his office but just know that you are just as important to him as the patient he is taking that time with making you wait. I have moved out of state thus making it not an option for him to be my doctor any longer and it is a great loss.

My youngest daughter had scoliosis surgery this summer, and we've had quite a run with it. The incision became infected and we were hospitalized for much of the summer. The hospital sent us Dr. Buch, and are we ever thankful. He stepped in and cleaned up the mess, did a remarkable job of stitching her back up, and now, in just under two weeks, she's so much better. I know this is a yucky story, but thanks to Dr. Buch, it has a happy ending. On top of his considerate skill, he has a charming bedside manner and keep the children he works with smiling at his silliness and egotistical claims. His confidence is very helpful for parents facing scary times. I cannot recommend this doc highly enough.
