Z Tejas

My girlfriends and I go to get there appetizers. The Fish tacos with ginger sauce is to die for! And the quesadilla are fabulous! We usually get 3 or 4 and split it up.

One of the things I love about this restaurant is the wonderful service. I have been here many times and often with large parties and have always been treated well regardless of my party size. The food is great Tex Mex. I love the steak burritos and diablo pasta. Some of their items are really spicy and are noted so you can find or avoid depending on your preference. The location is in the Gateway plaza so parking is not a problem. For lunch, most entrees run around $10. The atmosphere is nice with linen napkins and rich dark furniture.

I really liked the food at Z Tejas. They have a lot of original dishes that are priced really reasonably! There location is great! Located at the Gateway. The restaurant is nice. I enjoyed the sophisticated decor. Our waitress was very helpful and knowledgable about the menu. She helped us make great decisions on what to have.

Mmmm. This place has great cornbread. Mmmm. This place has great Stuffed Poblano Peppers. Mmmm. Are you getting the idea? The wait is long to get in if you go late, but go for lunch and you can usually get in quickly. The service is great and the atmosphere is fun. The prices are somewhere in the middle. Expect to leave paying $30-$40 for two people. Well worth the price, and if you go for dinner, well worth the wait.
