The manager at this branch utterly failed her duties to uphold the federal reserve regulations by refusing to cash a citibank cashiers check, instead resorting to financial extortion by stating I would first have to open a checking account with them but not before citing three different reasons why she didn't have to cash it, all of which conflicted with her ridiculous attitude. Failed to even check and see if it was a valid cashiers check before flatly refusing. This is what happens when you hire any idiot off the street to pose as a bank manager. AVOID.
I called this company looking for advice on investing a large sum of money. I wanted to view my different options and the representative on the phone suggested I go to my local branch. I heeded her advice and went down to my local branch. I was given the correct paperwork for my request but the representative didn't seem to positive that this is exactly what I needed.
I wasn't real impressed with the service or business. I chose to look elsewhere.
