This shop is very small, but there is alot of good stuff to be found among its shelves.
They have an amazing selection of Japanese Okashi (Snacks), like Pocky and Toppo, but theres also some other really great stuff on the shelves. While they have a good selection of Japanese drinks, especially Green Tea and Coffee drinks, other things, like Milk Tea (Kirin is a cheap brand of Milk Tea) and Ramune are nowhere to be found, and they only stock regular flavored Calpis.
They sell some stuff you might need if youre making a particular dish as well, like Lychee Juice and Red Bean Paste.
The Only major tuen off is that they sell Nissin Ramen, but dont fear, they Myojo Ramen (Real Japanese Ramen) is on a lazy susan in the back of the store.
The staff is very nice and is happy to help, and has alot of young english speaking Japanese guys and girls, so all people can shop here without a problem, the manager is an adorable woman who can help you if you're looking for a specific product.
Like many Japanese speciality stores, they also sell beauty products and housewares, and a collection of Video Rentals.
The store is always well stocked with very fair prices, never too crowded and you could spend hours among its many interesting products.
The store is located in a part of Roslyn Heights that you can easily breeze right by, but stop in one day and you wont regret it.

This is a small shop packed with goods you'd find in Japan. From household items to snacks to frozen foods - all either from Japan, or similar to items sold in Japan.

The staff here is all Japanese and they speak Japanese.

Be sure to pick up the pack of yakult drinks - they're supposed to be especially healthy and improve digestion.

It's also a great little place to just browse. My favorite is the sumo tea cups. I've never actually bought them... but someday I will.

Parking here is a little tricky, but there are some extra spaces behind the store.
