About a month after moving here, our neighbor began blasting music at 3 am and banging our on adjoining wall. We have no idea why. Management told us to call the police and that after we have 3 event numbers then we could file a complaint with them. So we did what they said and then manager changed 2 months later. The new manager said that they old manager stole everyones paper work and that we had to start from scratch with the police complaints. Guess what, the manager changed again 2 months later. This new manager tried to work things out and gave our neighbors several warnings but they kept doing it. The final straw was after my son was born, they kept waking him up. Newborns need their sleep. Finally, after 7 months of issues they let us move to a new apartment across the complex. They changed the lock on the old door to a maintenance lock so that our stuff would be secure because my husband had to move all the items by himself and needed a few days to do so. During this time period, someone from maintenance stole our vacuum, broken computers, diaper genie, my perfume, and my sons 0-3 month old clothes. The police were not very helpful over this matter and management only gave us a $250 break on the next months rent. They said it was possible that someone had scaled the fence to the pool with the items out the back window. Okay, so Superman robbed us because there is no way that anyone can scale a 7 foot fence with a computer.

Next issue was that our heat stopped working sometime in November. It took them 3 weeks to fix it. By this time we were on our 4th manager. He was very rude to anyone who complained about the broken heat in the building. He blamed it on the complexs non-existent hot tub. We were so glad to find a new place to live and leave there. Little did we know the place we moved to would be just as bad.

PROS: Cheap rent. Close to UNLV.
CONS: Robbed by maintenance. Terrorized by neighbors.
