I don't want to say they're running a scam but I don't know what else to say. Their pricing is terrible. They signed me up for things I didn't even ask for and a month later they sent me a bill for almost $150! It was really weird. I wish we had another cable company available. I guess I'm stuck with $45 a month DirecTV. At least it's not $150!!

PROS: nothing
CONS: Wrongful billing.

My external cable modem went out. Though I had to wait four days, I got a new one, home delivered and my computer system checked out, at cost. The balance is - was it worth the wait to save the $10 plus tax. The repair person was very friendly and answered my questions.

I never knew a cable modem went out so quickly, three years after Cox initially installed it.

PROS: No charge

i have used cox cable high speed internet for a while. they are the fast with pretty reasonable pricing. i have had good experiences with them when i have called in to get technical experience. very limited outages

I just bought a house and was setting up all my utilities. I called Cox and they said they had to do an address verification and it would take 7-10 business days. I called back about 2 weeks later and they still didnt have it in their system. They told me to wait until the following week and they will call me back. I waited and never heard back so I called and the lady I spoke with this time(Theresa) said that an address verification takes at least 3-6 months. I didnt understand why because I was moving into my house in 2 weeks. Still to this day, know one has called me back or anything. I will never recommend Cox to anyone.
