I hate the idea that insurance companies are not looking out for their customers but for their bottem line. I used state farm for many years and when they messed up my renewal I decided to see if I could get cheaper anywhere else. They did not even compare to Liberty Mutual.

State Farm branch located in Ledgewood, NJ, has the best customer service! They have helped my husband and I for many years. We get decent rates on our automobiles and on our homeowner's insurance. One negative-after having two claims on our house, two years in a row, they wanted to drop us. After researching that the claims were valid, they kept us on.
