Don't use this title company if you want to have a fast closing. This company is a Scam. They almost made me lose my house and then overcharged me. It took 6 months for me to receive the HUD1 which is required by law. When I received it , I found that this title company owned me some money. I called them and they didn't know anything about it. It took them 1 month to give me a check and then when I went to cash it " There were no funds in the check". So I called then when I told I was going to protest the check and put a complaint in the better business. They didn't care. So I protested the check with the bank. After that they called me home and told me to come to pick up another check. I said that was too late and then they resolved the situation with my bank somehow that I had the money in my account next day. DON'T USE THEM. THEY ARE SCAM AND GIVE BAD CHECKS TO CUSTOMERS.

This title company is very good at what they do they can meet all of your needs for making house payments to what ever else you needs are ,the ladies in this office know what they are doing so it makes dealing with them very easy and that make s life easy for the people to work with
