Tammy was awesome. She listened to my request and took almost an hour demonstrating a great vacuum and showing me how to use it. She was extremely patient and friendly and answered all of my questions. This is the second vacuum I've purchased from this store and the service is always great. Thanks Tammy!

What a wonderful store! I walked in, told them I needed a HEPA vacuum with specific features and the lowest price vacuum they could sell me that met my requirements -- and they worked with me to make sure I got what I needed. I appreciate that Tammy really heard me, and spent nearly an hour discussing my options and letting me test out different vacuums. Suffice to say, I LOVE my new vacuum, and have highly recommend Grand Lake S & V to friends and family. I am a costumer for life! Thank you!

I love going to a place where they know what they are talking about. I tried four different hardware and variety stores to get a vacuum cleaner belt, until it dawned on my to simply go to the source. Within minutes of walking in the door, I found my belt and was on my way. They also serviced my sewing machine and it now purrs like a kitten.
