Please watch out for the big push to get a 'service contract'. What a bunch of hooey.

I've used Candlelight several times. Every time I call I'm impressed with how professional they are. The ladies that answer the phone are always so polite and cheerful. They do everything they can to get me taken care of as quickly as possible. And when the technician comes out I know that he's going to get my problems solved quickly. I feel safe and comfortable having Candlelight's men in my home. As a single woman who lives alone it's important that I feel safe having a repairman in my home. The gentlemen that have come out have always explained things to me so that I understand what they're talking about but without talking down to me. They even clean up when they're done! My kitchen looked better after the tech left that before he came! And then the ladies in the office call to say thank you after the tech leaves! How many people, let alone companies, say thank you any more. I can't recommend Candlelight enough. They are FANTASTIC!

I have used their service a few times and have found the servicemen to be very courteous and professional. They were able to find the problem and correct it very quickly and I like their upfront pricing. You pay by the job not by how long it takes them to find and fix the problem.

The first time I used Candlelight Electric, the repairman was on time. I had a big electrical problem and a small one. He fixed the small one very quickly but was unable to fix the larger problem. He kind of blew the larger problem off, which I was not real happy with but gave him the benefit of the doubt that the problem might not reoccur. Several days after his visit though, the issue did occur again. I waited several months to see if it would stop, but it didn't. I called them again to see if maybe someone else could determine where the problem was coming from and then get it fixed. However, this repairman never showed up.
