When the overflow hose on my car's radiator developed a hole they came out to the parking lot, looked at my car, then found the replacement part. Before figuring out why my car was overheating, a lot of water was added, and they explained that the antifreeze to water balance was critical for this kind of car engine. They were very friendly and helpful and took the time to explain why the car should have the radiator flushed and the antifreeze balance restored with a specific kind of antifreeze, and as soon as possible. When asked they recommended a local repair shop, also.
