I have been going to Burien Eyecare Center and Dr. Booth for over 20 years and have always been impressed by his professionalism, care and expertise. I have been seeing eye care professionals for nearly 40 years and Dr. Booth has been the best. His diagnosis and prescriptions have been spot on! Pricing for glasses may not be the cheapest, but I have not found it to be out of line.
I have been going to Dr. Booth for at least 25 years. My soon to be wife referred me to him and I have never regretted it.I am 57 years old and have been wearing eye glasses since I was 5. I grew up in the Midwest, lived on the East Coast and then Seattle. Needless to say I have seen numerous eye care professionals during those many years.I have had total and complete confidence in his examinations, the quality of eye ware and his commitment to his patients.I am particularly grateful to him when I got shingles. Of all places the sore was directly between the top of my nose and my eye. It was a very painful experience. Due to the proximity of the sore there was concern how it could effect my eye. I went in 3 times in one week and he did a thorough testing of the eye to check for damage. The time, effort and concern he displayed was extremely reassuring. With that said not only is he a true professional he is a very kind and thoughtful man. It will be very sad for both me and my wife when Dr. Booth decides to retire. Hopefully that will not happen for at least another 10 to 15 years.
Burien Eyecare Center proudly boasts of being a Christian opperated business. However, as a Christian it is disheartening to see people use that to gain customers when their practices are neither ethical or moral!
Dr. Snowden Booth was who I dealt with, to my dismay. Upon receiving my glasses and contacts, I was shocked at the exhorbidant prices I was charged! Less than a month later, when they fell apart due to poor quality, I called Dr. Booth. I was told that I was simply out of luck. There was no guarantee on their glasses and they refused to do anything to help. I took my business elsewhere (Binyon right down the street).
When I had my next eye exam, the doctor at Binyon informed me that Dr. Booth had given me the wrong prescription (way too strong) and that it was doing damage to my eyes!
Stay away from Burien Eyecare Center, if you value your eye health, and don't want to pay an arm and a leg for poor quality garbage!
PROS: NOTHING
CONS: Unskilled doctor, high prices
