Evolution Studios is the Seattle-area's 1st fully equipped hourly rehearsal facility since 1994. Our studios range in size from 250 square feet all the way up to 500 square feet. Great for holding auditions as well as showcasing, pre-production and rehearsal. Our goal is to provide musicians with a professional, affordable, and comfortable studio environment. They are all air conditioned and heated, have good ventilation, some even come with windows. Every studio includes a drum set, guitar and bass amps, and a PA system with mics, cables and stands. They are well organized, properly maintained, and have functioning gear. The convenience of fully equipped hourly rooms has been an effective solution for many bands, both local and touring. There aren't many options on the East Side for room rental. Evolution Studios is a good resource though. They don't really cater to long term rental, but you can come in and pay by the hour. Their prices are very reasonable and the equipment they provide is good. If you're just getting started on a new project, this is a cool place to get started up until you find a monthly rental.
