This place definitely has fun bowling! That is, IF you can get to bowl at all. Today my family and friends decided to try eSkape out, so we called in to see what lanes were open. They had said none at the moment, so at about 6PM we dropped by to check in on lanes again. The manager told us that free bowl started at 7:30. So we went out and had dinner. We made sure to get there at 7:20. When we got there, the same manager told us to our dismay that somebody was already in the last two lanes. Apparently, the party in the lanes had left early, and a group of people had come in, so the manager gave them the lanes. Normally, this would not have bothered one as level-minded as my caretaker, but considering the manager had not mentioned there was an empty waiting list the first time we had come. We also were incorrectly informed. Free bowl actually started at 6:30, according to other employees. The manager had explained to us that if we waited for up to half an hour, the party that had come in and taken the open lanes would be finished. Another misdirection, I am sorry to say. When the party in question was asked when they were finished, they predicted two more hours. Needless to say, tonight we never got to bowl. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this incident has occured. A while back, my father took my sibling and I bowling. Sadly, a similar event was portrayed. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"?I very sincerely inform you that I do not intend to return to eSkape Entertainment.

Large establishment with lots of bowling. Not great for large parties that may or may not bowl. Was there for a reunion and kept getting told by staff to get out of their way and to stay on the bowling lanes.

Very unprofessional place I guess they never heard the customer that keeps there doors open comes first. Went there for a 9 year old birthday party and multiple children were complaining that the machines were not giving them the correct amount of tickets. So I brought this problem up with the head manager Nancy Kadlec and she said in so many words that the machines were correct and she could not issue missing tickets. We will never go there again and make sure none of our friends go there. Bad think to do in these economic times!!!!

The all in one offering of bowling, batting cages, laser tag, arcade, and bar and grill at Eskape may sound tempting, and though it does have potential for fun, it has its downfalls as well. The primary problem at Eskape depends on your intentions in going - if you are looking for a night out with the adults or over 21 crowd, the overwhelming presence of teens at night can be frustrating. In the afternoon and evenings, it is worse, as a single parent typically brings in at least a handful of youngsters who have no tendencies towards bowling etiquette, nor are ever reprimanded in the slightest. Your game and personal space WILL be interrupted. Also, the bar area is strictly policed by suburbanite employees who make it their life's work to ensure anyone under 30 is harassed as they enter. That said, there are few other options in the area, so have an open mind, but proceed with caution.

My first visit to Eskape was about a month ago with my family. It was a great time for everyone, my son enjoyed the Laser Tag and Arcade while my daughter loved bowling. My husband and I liked the prices and that it was all under one roof. Where can you spend an entire day, eat a nice sit-down meal with the entire family all at a reasonable price anymore?! I was so impressed that I suggested it to my boss for our Quarterly Sales Meeting- That was wonderful! They have meeting rooms with projectors and microphones all right there. We all got to bowl and play laser tag after the meeting. They provided wonderful service and we all had a great time! I know we'll be back! Thank you to the entire team at Eskape- You made me look good to my boss!

Pros: Outstanding service, Variety of entertainment options and Useable meeting Space set-up.

Cons: The meeting room was a little chilly before the meeting began, but it did warm right up.

Ive been to this place several times, mostly on peoples birthdays, and let me tell you, it is a hell of a fun time. With state-of-the-art bowling--who can resist glow in the dark lanes?-- laser tag, a party room, and an arcade, it has everything you can want from a party place. The arcade contains two DDR machines, air hockey, several racing and shooting games, and of course your usual try and fish a prize out of the box stuff. Everything is very family friendly
