Home shop is in Shamokin Pa. The guy behind the counter hand cut to 1 in steaks and trimmed nicely. even nicely vacuumed packed. While waiting a few minutes I had a nice grilled hot dog (free lunch on them). BTW, Excellent quality STEAKS.While diggin' in on these, My son asked what kind of steak were these .
