I have been trying to find a good nail place in my neighborhood, and decided to try this one after seeing it in passing. It was so horrible, I thought I was being punk'd. During my pedicure, she cut my big toe with the clipper and it started bleeding- and she didn't even apologize! The polish was sloppy, and she literally only put one thin stripe of top coat in the middle of each nail. Was she in a hurry to get somewhere? Onto the manicure, which I don't even know why I stayed for... I asked her twice to cut my nails short, which she ignored. When filing, she was really rough and kept dropping my hand and hitting me with the file. She then painted them so sloppy, she was literally dropping globs of polish all over my fingers, and she didn't even whipe them off! I walked away from the salon with dots of red all over my hands, and in a bad mood. The ONLY thing about the place that was remotely positive was that a mani/pedi was only $28. However, I would have rather gone to Ivy Nail Spa on 43rd and 9th and paid the extra $15 for a much better experience.

Pros: Price

Cons: Staff injures customers, and does a worse job than customers could do on themselves.
