Northwest Dermatology Sc

I've been there several times and encounter the same at each visit.....still have the same issue which I was first seen for and no resolve. The staff is not friendly nor helpful when dealing with insurance matters.....will send you to collection department for a couple of dollars....I would not recommend nor will I go back.

The billing staff is extremely unhelpful when it comes to insurance matters. They refused to send out a claim to my insurance company, thereby forcing me to do it and delaying payment. Then, the billing manager made me stressed out beyond belief and threatened to send me to collection even though I confirmed a payment from my insurance was being sent out the next week. Its too bad, because I really liked my doctor but the people that work there make it very stressful. I will not be going there again.

Do not go here unless you have time and money to burn. I went for three simple issues. None of them were resolved after multiple appointments and multiple charges. They will nickel and dime you and you will still have the same problems you had prior to going. You will just be a couple grand lighter. After my frustrating experience, I went to another clinic and had the issues resolved for about $200.00.

This clinic is a prime example of what is wrong with medicine in America.

The staff is very efficient - they have clearly defined processes that are well communicated within the office. The staff is pleasant. Getting an appointment is easier today than it was years ago since they have added new doctors. They do cosmetic stuff, but are also focused on health.

This is absurd! I called to make an appointment for a stupid wart, and they tell me that as a new client I cannot make a Saturday appointment or anytime during the week past 3:00. So apparently I will be put on a "waiting" list in case someone decides to cancel on a Saturday since they won't make me a Saturday appointment. Which could take forever! Screw them, I'm calling some other doctor...

This is a great group of doctors. They are all knowlegeable. They take the time with you and explain the problems and why the meds are given. I have never been dissatisified with any in this group. They run a well organized office, and appointments are also on time or very little wait. If prescribing meds and they have samples they will give to you which is a cost savings if only taking for a few days.
