The Green Gables Tea Room is actually a full service restaurant. There is a large open front dining porch that overlooks the street in Beach Haven. Beautiful hanging baskets outline the porch. The wait staff is well trained and friendly. I have had brunch and high tea here on many occasions. The deserts are all made on the premises by their own pastry chef. The scones are to die for! It is a bit expensive, but well worth the price for the atmosphere and the quality of the food.
