If only I could give this place negative stars...First off they do not keep their part of a bargain on anything. I wouldn??t recommend buying a motorcycle from them but if you do, DO NOT make a deal without having it in writing. They will try to cheat you out of every part.

In my case I agreed on a price for a motorcycle and in the price I had included a lojack installation, Alarm, rear luggage rack and box and all paperwork done and settled. I specifically requested not to have the cheapest crappy alarm installed and also insisted that when I say all paperwork done, I wanted the bike ready to go on pickup without anything else required on my part. Its actually ridiculous how much I emphasized these two points and how they did the exact opposite on both.

We also agreed on a delivery date and they stated they could have everything done in about 1 week from when I gave them the check and I said I will give them 2 weeks since I wasn??t in a rush and wanted to give them extra time so there were no problems. The day before the stated delivery date of the bike I called in to ensure everything was ready for my pickup, only to find out that nothing was done and they would try to have things ready for Monday (I was going to pickup on a Saturday since I could not find a ride for in the week). I was very annoyed but agreed to it since I had given them an extra week for that specific reason...to avoid delays and problems. I went into the store that Saturday anyway to buy the accessories and I found out that they had not even ordered the luggage rack which was part of the deal to have it installed on pickup. There was no way to get it in time for the arranged date which was now Tuesday in 3 days and I would have to go back to pick up the luggage rack and install it myself. i did not have a problem installing it myself, but I was very annoyed that they did not keep that part of the deal either especially since I had given them time for this as well. Part of the deal was that i would also get 15-20% discount on accessories from them and after spending over 2000 dollars in accessories my discount was close to 100 bucks. That??s not even 5% discount and the staff at the accessories department said he could not do anything better. Once again very annoyed but tried to ignore all the problems.
The Tuesday which was meant to be the pickup time, I requested that everything was ready by 4 pm as I still had a permit and had to have the bike back home before sunset. I called the morning to ensure that everything would be ready and was ensured it would be. I went at 415 and had to wait till 530 (after sundown) to leave. Once again I was very irritated as I was also forced to drive the bike home illegally after a 1 hour and 15 minute wait. The next day I discovered that they had not even sorted out the inspection sticker and since they had registered the bike a week before my pickup, I was already driving the bike illegally since you have to have an inspection sticker within 7 days of registration.

I had several more issues that followed but I think these are enough to warn potential buyers to STAY AWAY and for them to understand...this is not just some random pissed off customer. I had legitimate issues and nothing was resolved by them.

Bad customer sevrice, they do not keep their part of a deal and they are not helpful at all.

They have an enourmous selection of gear and parts, but I have found their staff and service to be a bit lacking. This is the kind of place you should go to if you know exactly what you want, and don't mind paying a few more dollars since you're too impatient to order your gear online.
