Al Packer White Marsh Ford

I recently had to have my vehicle serviced because of fumes coming into the cab of the car. I called Al Packer Ford because I had purchased my vehicle there. I was scheduled to leave town the next day. I scheduled to have the vehicle there at 8:00 a.m. When I pulled my vehicle into the bay a man came out and referred to me by name (before I got out of the car). I was impressed. I dropped the vehicle off within 5 minutes. He called me about the time I got to work and told me what was wrong with the vehicle. He had it finished early in the day so I could come get it and be ready to leave on my trip. I would highly recommend this shop for service.
