You can go to the Scot Lewis School in St. Paul and get a great cut for $10, a pedicure for $25!! Color and foils are about $25 too!! You get a consult with a student and instructor and the instructor checks the service at the end. They also do manicures, facials and artificial nails. Remember that they are students and some services can take longer. I have been here many times and this is one of the best schools around!!
