Trans Bridge Lines Incorporated

Transbridge tours is a good local bus company. They have multiple buses going to New York each day, and they stop in multiple places in the Valley. For about $30 you can get a round trip ticket to get into the city, and you don't need to fight traffic or find parking. It takes maybe 20 minutes longer than if you drive since the bus makes stops along the way.

You can also get a bus to Newark airport, which is great so you don't have to pay high airport parking fees. I recommend Transbridge if you are looking for an easy way to get into NYC.
