Broadway Market

The place to be no matter the time of year. Easter and Christmas are always special times but the Market is open all year around. Plenty of parking except at Easter, but the crowds at that time of year are part of the fun.

This is the best place for holiday meats and toys for the kids. We went there and my daughter picked out the hand painted eggs and gets a new one every year. Just make sure you go early, they ran out of holiday sausage last year.

This market has an "old country" charm. It's a wonderful experience. People from all over come just to see what it's all about. They have all kinds of bakery items, meats, dairy stands. It's a must experience, especially for Easter. My Gram used to take me there all the time but Easter wasn't Easter until we got everything from the Broadway Market! I remember going with my Gram sitting at the little restaurant.. So many people spoke polish and would start their mornings off with breakfast there, or would stop in throughout the day to sit and have coffee and chat with friends. I still go five or six times a year and STILL have to take a trip at Easter time. It's tradition!!!

PROS: "Old Country" Charm. TRADITION!!!
CONS: Limited parking in the AM or during holidays
