I can't believe this guy has the nerve to be in business. My son was taking lessons there and he was the most obnoxious rude person you could ever meet. I would not recommend anyone to his shop nor his services. Be a man and man up, stop hiding behind other people when wanting to give them messages.

Pros: Everything

Cons: Nothing

I hope whoever is reading this review has not signed up for lessons here. My son has been taking lessons for 7 weeks. He is sick today so I called to say he would be missing the lesson. I was told that this was last minute and I would be charged for the lesson (I called 2 hours before. The policy is it can be canceled 24 hours before). I get that a policy needs to be in place since they can't have people canceling all the time, however, as I was stating that this was the first time I canceled and I couldn't afford paying for a lesson he wasn't taking, a rude man whom I believe was the owner, got on the phone to state that if I didn't like the policy, I should take my son elsewhere! The whole phone conversation was 3 min long. It was not like I was on the phone arguing. I simply stated that I was upset with having to pay for it. I have never been spoken to as rudely as I was today and to think that he speaks to returning paying customers like that is a disgrace. I would like everyone to know that this is how you will be treated and that this is how that rude little man feels about keeping his business Rating: negitive 5 stars
