Steve Dimuzio went over and above to deliver the best car buying experience I have ever had. He did all he could to get me the car I wanted at an affordable price in a customer oriented approach. I just took delivery of my MB E 400 Wagon from
Mercedes-Benz of Princeton, and was extremely impressed by the whole process, but particularly by my Sales Associate, Arno Orsini. Arno was very easy to work with. Whereas the typical new car buying experience is adversarial (you against the dealer) Arno, made it actually enjoyable. He was knowledgable, transparent, willing to make recommendations, quick acting and very personable. I actually enjoyed the car buying experience; it was fun. Thats a first! And lest you think I overpaid, Arno gave an extremely competitive price from the start, without the usual back and forth. This was validated thru several "buying services" and other MB dealers.
I highly recommend MB of Princeton and Arno Orsini!

Life is about second chances (Reference my 12/20/15 review)

My pre set appointment was for 1/12/16 at 7.30am.

I arrived at 7.15am and doors were opened at 7.30am. Walked into the establishment, spoke to a gentle man who said I will be taking care of in a few seconds and he told me to have a seat. He came back, requested my keys and asked what I was there for, told him I was there for a regular service, I asked him if he could change the wipers and he directed me the parts department. Spoke to another gentleman at the parts department who helped me and was VERY PROFFESIONAL. As he walked me to the front desk, the two elder ladies there spoke to him. While I stood there, it became apparent that no one knew how to gain access into the computer system and the telephone system. One of the elder ladies explained to me that the regular ladies that worked the front desk should be here shortly. Come to find out, that one lady was on vacation, the other had call off and the third one was running late.

Yes things happen, but why is it that no one else in the establishment, apart from the ladies that were absent knew how to work the computer system and the phones. As such, wasting customers time and indirectly holding the establishment to their mercy. This is REALLY bad in any business.

At 7.52am the receptionist that was running late arrives and takes over the front desk. At 7.53am one of the elder ladies lets me know that a manger will be assisting me. At 7.57am, the manager meets me and walks me into his office and begins to ask me several questions which I answer. He then asks me "when will I be picking up my car and I told him whenever the car is ready. He loudly says he feels some kind of tension with me and that he is trying to help me. As I sat there shocked and embarrassed, I noticed his co worker in the next office look through the window that holds the printer. I ask the assistant service Manager BRIAN MCCOY why would you think there is tension and he said to me "I'm trying to help you and you are being dry" in my embarrassing moment again I say wow and he says in his loud voice yes wow. He then brushes whatever I was trying to say off and tells me to sign some paper work and walks me out of the establishment to the loan car. Now STOP

Why would a Manager of a brand name company like Mercedes Benz be loud to a customer he had never met me before and to tell me that I am dry. This kind of customer experience is REALLY bad in any business.

Called the dealership at 7.34am, no answer, no voicemail nothing. Called again 7.37am and got the same thing, a continues ringing tone. Called again at 8.31am, someone answer and I explained to lady that the loaner I collected the previous day had a flat tire, she asked who my service provide is, I told her, she said she will get the message to him.

I get to the Princeton office at 12.15pm, I drop off the loaner key with the receptionist and let her know I would be paying for the service done on my vehicle. She swipes my card and a minute later she says, it didn't work and she will have to swipe it again. I give her the card again and she says causally "sir you card has been declined, do you have another one. Embarrassed I ask why it declined and she said I should call my bank.

After calling my bank, they tell me that Mercedes Benz of Princeton had already collected the money. I asked the representative of my bank to speak to the Benz receptionist lady. After their conversation she says I will have to get my car in 48 hours because my funds will then be released. Shocked and perplexed again I called my bank back, they told me again that the establishment had already gotten the money and that they would have to fax a letter to my bank showing that the second time my card was swiped it was declined. While standing there and explaining what I was told by my bank to the Benz representative, I found out that, this is something that had been going on at this establishment. Wait STOP

Why is a branch of a well recognize establishment founded in 1982 having this kind of issue with their systems. This kind of customer experience and service is really bad for any kind of business

The representative of Mercedes Benz of Princeton at the front desk called someone in accounting who was going to handle the situation. After waiting for 40mins the lady from accounting arrives, speaks to my bank representative and faxes the information over, she was VERY PROFFESSIONAL and waited for 5minutes until the funds were release. I left the establishment at 1.14pm

Now, after reading this and imagining the experience, would you go to this establishment for anything

As a person who has been to this dealership four times in the past two weeks, I advice others not to waste your time or hard earned cash! I had the WORST experience dealing with Frank O'Grady! Not only has he treated my husband and I disrespectfully, he has also failed to communicate and do his job well. He has spoken horrible about other customers of his which I find to be so unprofessional and this should have been the first red flag. He also crosses the line when it comes to talking about his personal life while working.

I originally took my car to MB Princeton to be serviced, however my car needed extensive work and I was advised by Maureen (in service) that it would be best to purchase a new car. She recommended Patrick to me and it was the start of a wonderful experience. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions no matter how menial. He made my experience extremely comfortable and didn't pressure me into making an instant decision. He met and surpassed every expectation I had and exemplified what great customer service is and I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Patrick! I would also like to thank Maureen in service for going above and beyond to help choose the best option as far as purchasing a new car verses getting my car fixed. This by far was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and is the type of customer service you are guaranteed when dealing with these two individuals.

We flew from Houston, Texas to get a Mercedes ML from them because we couldn't find the deal and willingness to do business at any of the MB dealerships in Houston. Leased a new ML350 from MB of princeton and had an excellent exprience. Dealt with Paul Lai and he is wonderful to deal with. I was involved in buying/leasing 6 cars so far and I can say that this one was the easiest when it comes to the paperwork and the time it took to close the deal. The best thing I liked is that the sales person explained everything, gave the best deal and did not force us to close the deal or buy additional stuff at closing. I would definitely recommend MB of Princeton to anyone that is looking for a great deal and good sales experience. Paul, thank you for all your help!

Definitely a 5 star rating from me. I could not be happier driving my Mercedes GL450 and a special THANKS to the most wonderful sales person at this location Dale Cook. My husband and I have been leasing our cars here for years and I would not go to another dealership after having great experiences here!!! Dale is unique and not like any other "car salesman". He is genuine and honest. The service department here is also great..I highly recommended my sales person Dale and this location if you are in the market for a new Mercedes!

Alex Shapiron, our sales specialist was very cordial, homely and not pushy at all. He gave us a realistic price and coordinated the paperwork in a truly professional manner. These guys mean business and wont waste your time. They will go the extra mile to get you out with your dream car asap with little or no hassles.

This is truly a world class dealership. I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else. I got a great deal on a fabulous car and am thrilled with my purchase. John Nunziato couldn't have been more helpful in the sales process! And the rest of the staff that I've dealt with since the purchase have been terrific as well....including their well run service department.

Mercedez Benz of Princeton, also known as Princeton Motorsport, gave me the best deal for my Mercedes. I shopped around at another dealer more north of Princeton and even that salesman couldn't believe the deal I was getting. They even bent over backwards to get me the color I wanted by doing a trade with another dealer.
