Ive taken their building blocks class at their Lincoln Square location. Its a pretty nice two story building that could be mistaken for someones house. The cooking class was pretty good with an instructor that was highly skilled and knowledgeable. He made the class fun and entertaining. They also have a store where they carry everything you could need in the kitchen like cookbooks, spices, cookware, and gadgets for everything.

PROS: Classes are fun and entertaining

I took a beginner's knife skills class at the old location on Webster. The class was fabulous, and I learned a lot. The teacher was friendly and professional.

The store is chock full of every cooking tool you could ever need. They offer high-end brands such as Le Creuset, etc., and showcase specialty food items as well. Cookbooks, spices, spoons, aprons--it's a cook's dream!

I look forward to checking out their new location in Merchandise Mart and taking more classes! This shop and school is truly a gem in Chicago for anyone who loves food and wants to learn more!
