My parents purchased a washer & dryer set from this Sears. The delivery was set up for the following Friday. They were called twice prior to the delivery, with 2 different delivery times, with the delivery actually happening after both times. One week later the washer stopped working, my father called Sears, they said would send someone out to repair it on Wednesday. When the repairman came it was the motor and he recommended that my parents call and have Sears replace the washer. My mom called Sears and they said they would have to look into it and would call them back within 24 hours. Two days later they called and said they would upgrade them but it would be another 1 1/2 weeks before they could get the new washer to them. A few hours before the replacement washer was to be delivered they were called to tell them they would not be delivering the washer and they would call them within 24 hours to tell them when they would be able to deliver it. My dad called and asked to speak to the manager, telling him that he wanted to return both the washer & dryer and the assistant manager stated that he would look into it and call him back. My dad eventually called the store manager 4 hours later because he never got a return call. The store manager told him to come in and pick a different brand that they could get to them next day and if they couldn't find something he would return his money. Upon visiting the store, they really didn't have any units available for next day delivery and my parents asked to return the items. They were told when Sears picked up the items the refund would be refunded to their credit card. They didn't. Every time they called they tell my parents that they have to look into it and will get back to them and then didn't. Emails to the customer service department didn't get them anywhere either. Finally after 3 weeks my parents had to go to the store to receive their refund. Also, throughout this ordeal they caught the management in several lies.

Pros: None unless you like to lose money.

Cons: Poorest customer service ever. Management caught in several lies in attempt to avoid refunding money.
