Menards

I just wanted to say Thanks- thank you for letting me enjoy your crappy work environment while I did. Thank you, for making my boyfriend, whom I love and live with, work all the time. For making him put in too many hours and not letting him on first shift, so that he could spend more time at home, other than his life only being inevitably consumed by Menard's and only Menard's. Thank you for brain washing not only the love of my life, but a few of my really close friends and family, whom made time for fun every now and then, and now they only work and never have time to live. Thank you for sincerely making an excuse of why you guys can not get your vacation forms for employee's who would like to take their vacations for once and not be asked to work Christmas day, or Thanksgiving. What is so hard about printing one out of your computer. Thank you, for hiring a bunch of young kids who are arrogant and are always breaking merchandise. Thanks for asking them to be a supervisor. Because now that they are supervisors they think they know it all- and for the employee's who do spend much of their valuable time working for your company, Yes, there are many - they do not deserve to get treated horribly by a kid, who just started, no experience to be a supervisor, and now a supervisor within a week working for your company. Thank you for this so much. Your company makes so many of your employees unhappy and the other half just plain stupid. Thank you. Oh,and Chuck, just because your life is meant for Menard's and only Menard's, I mean it has to be to sleep in your car in the parking lot, and actually enjoy coming to work on Holiday's, even while your wife and Kids were at home wanting you to be their with them. Not all your employee's are like you, they never will be, so be considerate for once- and cut them so slack!

This is one Menards I have found that I really like. The service is great (even with teenagers working) When they have a sale they have the items. Things are easy to find, the store is big, clean. Even the bathrooms are always clean! If there is a few people in the checkout line they will open another one for faster service. I love the rebate items, most are free to little money!
