My wife and I took our 2 boys to the park last summer and had a great time. There was a lot for the boys to do. The particularly like the gemstone mining and crystal caves. What a great day for the whole family.

Nice way to enjoy nature and spend a day just walking the trails and listening to Trout Brook, which flows through there. Best of all is the ice cream shop located on Route 9. Local folks are always there in the evenings in the summer time.

Ok, if you've read enough of my reviews you know I like outdoorsy stuff (although I'm not a camper!) So this sounded right up my alley. Natural rock formations created caves and bridges for you to explore. We had great fun poking around. You need to be a bit agile and have proper footwear of course. They have a very cool rock shop if you're a rock hound and you can buy a geode and have it cut open to see the beautiful crystal formations inside. Worth a visit if you're in the Lake George area.
