Markowycz's European Home Style Sausage

Markowycz"s IS the best sausage you can find ANYWHERE. It is worth waiting in line for hours for. Go there during the holidays and see the lines. They do not use fake smoke flavoring nor a lot of fat in their sausage. It is mouthwatering and smells so good. And the family is awesome to see them making the sausage in the back while you are there shows how much they care about it being HOMEMADE.
I went with my father-in-law to several of the area sausage stores in the area including Hamtramack and there is only one place I have been going to since I moved here 26 years ago and this is the only place I will go for the best.
When we go there, before I can start the car, I hear one of the girls breaking off a chunk of it and eating it. Go try them You WILL NOT be disappointed

This is the best Kielbasa in the world. From the moment you walk in the door the aroma is heavenly. I have had this sausage my whole life and wouldn't go anywhere else. And I've tried others - nothing compares. Everything about this little store is great - from the authentic Polish women working there to the great foods they make. I love the Kielbasa cold as I think that it loses some of the smokeyness when you boil it. But you have to taste for yourself.

Markowycz's European Homemade sausage is the best. Everything about it, is just perfect. We get our sausage their for our holiday dinners. Their lunch meats are just as wonderful. If you like European food, they carry some of those too. If you haven't had a chance to try Markowycz's sausage yet, stop by there and pick some up, you won't be disappointed.
