I broke down on 94 one day I googled "mechanic shops" on my phone and came across Downtown Mobil. A great man from their named Kal picked me up dropped me off at work and even offered me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Great Service and honest people. Ever since I have continued servicing my car with them and refer everyone their.

My father has been going to Sam for years and found them to be fair, honest, and prompt. Although I now live in the burbs, they'll still get my business.

Downtown Mobile Service is great! Downtown Mobile Service is great! I've taken my cars to them for a number of years. Because I live in Flint and travel extensively I've sometimes had to use other mechanics and have been stung more than once. After the last disaster (and I mean DISASTER!) I'll not go anywhere else if it is even remotely possible to get back to Downtown Mobil!!!

i have been dealing with downtown mobile for a few years now, and i won't take my car anywhere else. the guys are knowledgeable and FAIR. they give me prices that some street mechanics won't match. the work is also very good. the one time i had to bring a car back for the same problem, was six months after the fact and Sam didn't hesitate to replace it free of cost to me.

I didn't care to much about the service. It was over crowded and the service was slow. I would not recommend them to others . The cost is a little expensive too.

I always take my car to Downtown Mobile for any problem I have. I also go there for my oil changes, because the prices are great compared to most places. It's family owned and the guys that run it are friendly and funny. They get to know you by name, and they always do great jobs with all repairs. You can also purchase things for your vehicle - like lights, brakes, etc... from Downtown Mobile. It's a great place to take your car too, they always take care of it.
