Service is always done when they say it will be, if not sooner. Spacious, clean, comfortable waiting area. Curtesy shuttle.

This is a well-run outfit, and we're pretty much settled in to having our vehicles (all Fords at the moment) serviced here. The people, especially Charles at the desk on Saturdays are very nice, and they really do know what they're doing. I wish they were a little less expensive and that they would wash our cars after they service them. The shop I used to take my car to when I lived in San Francisco always washed the car as a courtesy (and they were a bit less expensive too) so I guess I was spoiled.
