Excellent service, especially their new service by phone system.. They will literally handle everything for you over the phone and have your purchase ready for you when you arrive.. I know this sounds like the same as web purchases, but it's a lot better. You don't get to ask questions about the item on the internet..

Though I have visited the store many times, this time I called and got the information I needed about computers. They have a new program called "Geeks" that will fix your computer there or come to your home.

I do NOT like the LOUD music in the store but they have great personnel who help you and reasnable prices if you watch the ads.

PROS: Helpful staff
CONS: Loud music in store
