I went to Dollar after registering for the "Fast Lane" program which supposedly gets me going on my way quickly. I noticed that there was no line at the main counter, but the Fast Lane trailer in the lot had a long line that was moving very slowly! They might have had an awful customer situation, but it was still quite disappointing.
PROS: Cheap cars
CONS: Fast Lane doesn't work
