I want agree with the last post. This place looks nice until you get in here and find out what type of manager is running this property. She has a problem and has to be very unhappy in her home life to come over here and not want kids to play outside the door in which their parents pays rent. I know she has kids she should think if the mortage company sent her a letter telling her that kids can not stand in of her home becasue they were loitering. That would cause a problem do unto others as you would have them do unto you.In the last month alone i know of 7 people who have left the property. Corpoarte needs to know who and what is running the tenants away. Talking to adults goes along way rather keyboard courage threats.......

i have something to say, first let me start with management. the property manager, yes the property manager,needs to be contacted by clayton county magistrate court, for illegally using a logo of clayton county magisrate court. to scare the tenants with what ever she sends out, or post. charges needs to be filed and pressed for falsely using the county to keep her tenants in check, and for sending out threating letters to tenants. i really don't think anyone took the time out to explain to her what terristic threat is. and how it is punishable by law. any time you threating bodily harm or physical harm to someone or their safety. you are posing a threat, to them. so when you send out threating letters, to your tenants that if they don't pay there rent,or there water bill they are gonna be evicted,or they need to contact housing, because their rent is not paid when in actuatily it is . you are posing a threat. in which i think you have been able to get away and by with what your doing because no sand has been raised, no dust has kicked up. but i do believe you have finally pissed off the right indivisual. the news media needs to be contacted about what's going on at that property. clayton county needs to be made aware of the documentation that's being used with there logo. and your cooperate office needs to be full aware of your tactics. and how does a property complex witch accepts federally funding decides at what giving time water will be shut off to any tenant. and while we are addressing issues at hand . in the middle of your complex where the water fills up at. yes where the sewer drain is stopped up and has been forever. code enforcement needs to come out and site the property. that is a violation. just in case no one made you aware of it. and for future refrence it is against the law to slander anyone whether it be a tenant or not. a law punishable by fine or imprisonment. so the next time you or your staff decides to slander a ex. tenant you might want to look up the law and make sure your not breaking it. see there is no way you could have done all the things you've been doing and have gotten by with it, in certain parts of city. by now you and your employers would have been sued out of business. so i hope this helps any one who needs it. and disregard all that will misuse it. and if you noticed i kept it professional, you don't have to threating to get your point across. and by the way it would be a much better community if you took care of the inside out instead of the outside. and to make everyone awhare gang activity is going on in the complex. whether it is from inside or from the outside. it is happening in the complex . where are the memos about that. for all frequently asked questions, let that be one of your next. and for all intrested parties, no i'm not an angry ex. tenant, i'm just one they happen to piss off. but if you research you will find that everything i stated is true. and if you are a tenant then i'm saying what you want to say. i don't know if anyone will even get a chance to veiw this or if any changes will be made. but i'm glad i got a chance to be the voice for the people. i started writing the review because, i was upset at the way management tries to deal with the tenants. when i was a resident there i didn't want to say or do anything that would cause me hardship. but in writing the review. i realized people really are been treated any kind of way and no one is saying or doing anything about it. the vacancies out there are through the roof. the children aren't the problem. children are been told they can't be in front of there doors, because that's lottering. someone please help me understand, how can i pay rent at my resident, and my children, not the neighbors, not visitors, not whoever. but my chidren who was on my lease could not sit on our porch or be in front of our door where i was paying rent. have you checked the rental amount. awh. see where i'm going. do to i was a resident then, but you wanted the prospects fooled about the number of chidren on the property. but lets go there i'm not talking about grown or teenage children, i'm talking about children period. think i'm lying,security been made to harass the children. think i'm lying find a security officer that was employed by the complex you would be surprized at what they have to say. it would not surprize me if they took the sight down , just to keep people like me from exposing the truth. but you think that is something, watch and see how many people respond now . it only takes one.

When my wife and I first looked at these apartments, we were impressed by the price and location...and plus, the model apartment was very nice. However, our move in day should have been a sign of things to come. The staff told us that our apartment had been cleaned, but it was filthy! feces was all over the toilets, roaches were literally falling from the ceilings, and the wall had a hole in it. The staff promptly gave us $300 off the first month's rent. That was just the least of our worries. The complex is filled with bad azz kids who vandalize apartments, break into cars and shoot out windows with BB guns. On top of that, the residents seem to be unaware of the location of the dumpster; trash is everywhere except the dumpster. We complained to the staff numerous times, but they ignored us. It wasn't until we emailed the vice president of Flournoy Properties about the situation there. They let us out of our lease early. Do not lease from this place!
