My father, Lincoln C. Hilburn is the founder of "Teen Post" in the early 70's in South Central Los Angeles. While I don't endorse the "China" town version I support any organization that is there for their young people.

China teen post is located next to a building, it?s very small office located in the parking lot. This place helps teen to look for job, this placed help me get a summer job five years ago, they office is very small and very messy. This place is very difficult to find, and not many visitors at the center.
