Marco and Matt threatened to take me to court over a service fee that I did not even authorize. They talked my 89 year old father into signing an agreement that he did not understand!
What a rip! Action is overpriced, noneffective and a con. Too Much $$$$$$$$$$$$ for too little work! I would not recomend this company to my worst enemy!
I called this place once when I had a rodent problem, because I thought that I would prefer to have the pests humanely removed from the premises, rather than have them poisoned and killed. I also liked the idea that the company guarantees the results of its services. However, I found the cost estimate for this company's services to be cost prohibitive, and I was unable to hire them for that reason.
PROS: Offers a Guarantee.
CONS: Expensive service.
