Spa Sydell

Their system for making appointments is the pits. I want to talk to a warm body AT THE LOCATION where I want an appointment. I do not like having to call the corporate office to make an appointment. If I want an appointment in 30 minutes, the corporate office can't tell me if someone is available but the location can.

I recently received an eyebrow wax at this location of Spa Sydell. I was left very unhappy with my experience. First, the technician insulted me by overselling a lip wax (she offered, I said "no thank you," and she said my lip was hairy so I needed it). Second, the waxing was very painful, much more so than my usual at a different salon. Third, I was unhappy with the final look of my eyebrows, but so eager to escape from the pain and the insults that I just left. Fourth, the price was about 30% more than I pay for my regular (painless) wax at another salon. I have to say I am most unhappy with the fact that I contacted the salon to let them know about my experience and they did nothing.

i received a gift certificate from spa sydell for christmas. i made a appiontment to get a manicure and pedicure and i can honestly say it was the most disgusting experience i have ever had. the lady who was doing my service was sick and was not sanitary at all. she kept coughing and sneezing all over the place and wouldnt even excuse her self. on the way out when i was checking out the girls at the front desk didn't even smile and were very unpleasant. i can honestly say that i will never visit that spa again.

Spa Sydell is no doubt the most relaxing and an unforgetable service i will cherish forever they are just the best with their services not to mention the staff very curtious .LOVED IT

We sent our mother to this spa on her 50th birthday. We paid for a massage and manicure. For someone who has never experienced this before and is very conservative. She was very pleased with the outcome. I will be setting an appointment for myself soon.

Spa Sydell is a first class spa operation in Atlanta. I have been very happy ewith the massages I have received, and my girlfriend has been very happy with her facials. I usually opt for the one hour massage which is priced at only $80. I always feel that I get my moneys worth. In this time of stress, there is nothing better than just being pampered for awhile.
