Shad and Pam were bought out back on 4/1 and these guys are making great Strides in taking care of their customers. The new owner made a special trip friday to get me a wheel I needed for one of our clients. this guy understands the meaning of customer service and I will be sure to reccomend him and his company to other marinas around the State.
You guys Rock

Pros: Gone with the bad, in with the great

Cons: name is a little goofy but Hey! it works!

Ive been taking my stainless steel props to these guys for years and never had a problem. No matter how beat up i get my props,i always get them back shiny and looking like new. They were a lil hard to find but other than that,i highly recommend.I understand that in their line of work, its very seasonal,so in the summer months its going to take a little longer to get your prop back because theyre doing close to 30 props a day.Shad has always taken care of me when I needed it the most and I will continue to give them all my business, and so will my fishing buddies..

I wouldn't normally do this, but I wouldn't want someone else to have the horrible experience that I did. They told me it would be 7-10 days to repair the prop. They kept my prop for 4 days short of a MONTH. Pam(at the front desk) would not answer phone calls for entire days. She was also very rude and unprofessional. She would constantly tell me she would check on the status and call me back and of course I would never get a phone call from her. To top off the horrible experience, they kept telling me there was a problem with their UPS pick up service. YEAH RIGHT! Liars with bad costumer serivce are no fun to deal with. Take my advice and choose another company. You will regret ever taking a chance with GA. Precision Propeller.

I took my stainless props (Mercruiser Mirage) for re-work based on recommnedations of the repair shop I use. The props were lightly dinged when I took my boat out last fall at the Tidwell ramp. I dropped them off on a monday and the were promised to be ready the following monday. They were not done the next monday, I was told they would be ready Tuesday. Nope, weren't done tuesday either. I was told thursday morning. Nope, when I called they said late thursday. I called Friday morning, nope, I was "Guaranteed" they would be ready by 12:30 that same day. I got to their shop at 1:30 and they were ground, but had not been polished. I was told to come back at 2:30, which I did and they were "ready". I took them back to my shop and upon inspection found several problem areas, a slight bend was still in the leading edge, there were several "ding" areas that had been "missed". I took them back and the lady at the desk said, "sorry, #### (I don't remeber the name), had done these props and he is just in training at the moment. Needless to say I was a little bit UNHAPPY at this revalation. They have now had them for a week for re-work and have yet to return my phone calls. Does this sound like good business to you. When I relayed this to the people who do my boat work, they cringed a little and said they had also received some unfavorable comments in the last week or so.

Pros: local

Cons: poor work, poor service, lies about time to finish
