Earps upholstery is a family business started in 1989 after working as a apprentice for four years.My name is Matt Earp and started the business in 1989 as a one person shop with little to no capital in one thousand square foot building.We have grown through the years and are presently in a five thousand square foot building.I am still a hand on employer working on most jobs and inspecting all jobs after completion.We pride our selves on quality and performance.We average around fourty dealerships in our local area.We install and service convertible top,sunroofs,headliners,auto carpet.We are a authorized katzkin leather installation center with airbag and ocs pass. seat systems.We are also a webasto certified installation center and have been installing power sunroof for over fifteen years.We guarantee all work for one year and most convertible tops three to six years.We have over five hundred pictures of work done over the years.these pictures will be on web in the next few weeks at www.earpsautotopsandupholstery.com.Ijust ask to call or stop by and you have my personal guarantee that you will be satisfied.Thank you for your time look forward to your call.Sincerely Matt Earp 919-872-3658,919-818-4835

Terrible Service  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I called four times to inquire about fixing my convertible soft top. I left a message and received no response the first time. The second time, I got through, but was immediately placed on hold, then after waiting for 5 minutes, my call was disconnected. I called back and told them that we were disconnected and he hung up again. The fourth and final time, I asked could they hear me and he responded yes. I told him that I kept getting disconnected and he didn't acknowledge nor apologize... just asked what I needed.

After receiving this type of "service" over the phone, I was no longer willing to entertain the option of giving them business and I warn others in advance to look elsewhere.

We strive our selves on perfection and excellent customer service.we are family owned since 1989 working for the public body shops,and dealership.We have never been taken to court .No complaints at better business bureau.If this is a legitimate person and not my competition .I will perform all labor at cost and sell parts at my cost showing you our cost.We aim to please 100 % of all customers no matter what it takes,and if this did happen I truly am sorry would like for you to call me at 872-3658,818-4835 ask for Matt Earp
